Earlier in the year, we flew to Brisbane for a little break. It obviously is different to Sydney so it was good to get away from home and see what’s up there.
The ferries were cool. We caught one from the Powerhouse back to town one night.
Cycle paths along the river.
We walked over the funky looking Kurilpa Bridge and checked out GOMA.
Braille on the bridge.
Walked through Streets Beach.
One of the newer buildings in town.
Visited the Brisbane Botanic Gardens.
Made friends with a kookaburra.
Trained it to Fortitude Valley and ate at Harajuku Gyoza for lunch.
Met up with Tim & Robi one night. Thanks for dinner and showing me around Brisbane.
I got to drive Robi’s K24 DC5R. The torque!
Brisbane at night.
On our last day we decided to hang around South Bank and chill on the side. We sat next to Tip and relaxed while he was singing away.
